Becky Nix is the co-founder and principal of bioLINIA. She has worked in art, architecture, and design for over 17 years investigating the relationship between art and architecture through material, experimental film, performance, installation, and conventionally built architectures.
Becky holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s of Fine Arts degree from the Cranbrook Academy of Art . She was a merit award receipient at the Cranbrook Academy of Art and maintains a teaching and research practice at the University of Detroit Mercy dedicated to the exploration of how history, theory, film, and new media play a role in how we perceive and design architectural space.
